Hi-FiNon-ProfitEmergingCreative Initiative

Hi-Fi, the Hidden Fashion Initiative

(see what we did there), is a non-profit creative platform levelling the playing field for emerging fashion designers and artists.

The problem.

Breaking into creative industries is tough. Production debt, rising rents, lack of appropriate space. The systems are often gate-kept, and difficult to navigate without the right guidance, mentorship and resources.

What we do.

We reinvest profits from Hidden Agency's commercial work into designers, musicians and artists with strong creative vision but limited access to funding, networks and opportunity – working with them from the earliest stages to shape ideas into fully formed creative worlds, with 360° support across brand world, creative direction, events, strategy, film, social content and brand collaborations.

Apply NOW!

Applications can be submitted until Thursday, 18th February, 2027 at 23:59 CET.

Project formats

Hi-Fi supports emerging creatives across a range of project formats, including runway shows, fashion campaigns, music videos and more. Applicants can apply for the specific projects outlined below. To get in touch, click the Apply button and let us know which project you are applying for.

Hi-Fi PRESENTS Is our highest level of support delivers immersive runway shows and presentations on the official London Fashion Week schedule. We work directly with selected emerging designers to develop fully realised presentations that extend beyond the collection into a complete brand environment.
Projects can take the form of standalone runway shows, curated presentations, or large-scale spatial activations depending on the needs of the designer and the collection.

In some cases, venues are transformed into multi-level experiences. For example, a warehouse space may be designed so each floor represents a different designer’s world, with guests moving through each environment before continuing into further installations and an afterparty.
The focus is on building considered, immersive presentations for press, buyers, and invited guests that strengthen the narrative of each brand and elevate how the work is experienced and understood.

Emerging designers often face financial pressure from production costs, studio overheads, and early-stage brand building, leaving limited resources for high-level creative output. This programme offers an agency-style relationship providing 360° creative support from the Hidden Agency team, including campaign production, social media assets, strategy development, and business mentorship.

Alongside this, designers will benefit from launch events, exhibitions, and print zine activations designed to engage press, buyers, and wider audiences. This is an ongoing partnership model, structured like a retained agency client rather than a one-off commission, with continued support over time.

The focus is on building strong brand narratives, world-building, and desirability with a clear pathway toward commercial growth, sales, and long-term sustainability.

HI-FI MUST TRAVEL is an immersive creative journey designed for fashion designers ready to push their perspective beyond the studio.

Selected designers will travel with the HI-FI team to some of the world’s most unique and culturally rich destinations, embarking on an in-depth research trip into local culture, emerging trends, and underground subcultures. From hidden galleries and late-night events to intimate creative spaces and unexpected experiences, each trip is curated to spark new ideas and challenge creative boundaries.

Throughout the journey, designers will document, explore, and absorb—building a body of inspiration that becomes the foundation for a collaborative project developed alongside the HI-FI team.

This creative output is then brought to life through a full-scale campaign, including art direction, film, and photography, capturing both the process and the final work.

The experience culminates in a dynamic launch event: an exhibition-meets-celebration featuring curated installations, screenings, live DJs, drinks, and a community of industry and culture. Designed and hosted in collaboration with the selected designers, it’s a moment to showcase the work, the journey, and the stories behind it.

Hi-Fi REDUX connects emerging fashion designers with established luxury houses to create something truly original—grounded in collaboration, craft, and responsible making.

Each selected designer is paired with a brand and invited to develop a one-off look or capsule collection using surplus fabrics and archived materials provided by the brand. By working with existing stock rather than new production, each project explores a more conscious approach to design—reducing waste while reimagining luxury through reuse and reinvention.

The entire journey is captured as a creative series, documenting key moments from initial introductions and concept development through to the design process and final outcome. Shared across social platforms, it offers an inside look at collaboration in motion.

Once complete, the work is brought to life through a campaign shoot featuring a muse aligned with the brand’s world—producing a suite of film and photographic content.

Previous collaborations have included designer Anabel Ballance working with Dior and the Kim Jones Studio, where she created a tailored suit designed by a woman for women, alongside Design Director Lucy Beeden. Using fabrics donated by Dior, the project explored authorship, tailoring, and sustainability through the reuse of luxury materials, reframing waste as creative potential.

PITCH // PRESENT // PRODUCE is a high-energy creative workshop designed to spotlight emerging filmmakers and connect them directly with the next generation of fashion designers.

In partnership with Panavision, selected filmmakers are invited to take part in a live brief session—where nothing is revealed in advance. Each workshop introduces a new fashion designer, who presents their upcoming collection concept to the room for the very first time.

From there, the challenge begins.

Filmmakers have just five minutes to develop a film concept inspired by what they’ve seen and heard—followed by five minutes to pitch their idea to the panel. It’s fast, instinctive, and driven purely by creativity and vision.

A winning concept is selected based on originality, storytelling, and its ability to capture the imagination.

The chosen filmmaker will go on to co-direct the official fashion film, working closely with the HI-FI creative team to bring the concept to life.

With full production support, the project is backed by Panavision, providing access to £20,000 worth of camera, lighting, and studio resources across a two-day shoot. Post-production is supported by Avenues, offering professional editing and colour grading to complete the final piece.

The journey culminates in a screening event at the HI-FI gallery space—bringing the film to life in front of a live audience, alongside creatives, collaborators, and the wider community. An evening of film, music, and conversation, celebrating the process as much as the final piece.

In Print was first launched with 10 Magazine, bringing together 10 emerging designers, from BA and MA graduates to brands in their first three years.

Each designer submitted one full look, with all 10 looks styled and curated by Hi-Fi Ambassador and Global Fashion Director of 10 Magazine, Karen Binns. The looks were photographed as part of a dedicated editorial for 10 Magazine’s print edition, alongside digital coverage and social content.

The project also included a fashion film featuring all 10 designers, with individual film assets created for each designer to use across their own platforms. Together, the print editorial, digital coverage, social promotion and individual visual assets gave each designer the opportunity to reach new audiences and continue sharing the project beyond its initial release.

In Print now builds on this format by creating opportunities for emerging designers to work with different publications. Each edition will partner with a new magazine or platform, creating a new editorial and giving a group of designers the opportunity to have their work featured across print, online and film.

This project offers emerging designers international visibility through the combined reach of 10 Magazine, digital editorial coverage, social media promotion. Selected designers will be featured in both print and online formats, alongside dedicated visual assets designed to support ongoing brand exposure beyond the project itself.

Hi-Fi Duality brings together fashion designers and musicians, visual artists, and performers to create original collaborative works where both disciplines influence one another equally.

Each edition begins with a shared starting point, an exchange of existing or forthcoming creative work, ideas, references, and conversation between both collaborators. From this initial dialogue, both parties go away to develop new work in parallel.

The designer creates garments informed by the artist’s sound, visual world, or performance language, while the artist responds through music, performance, or moving image inspired by the developing fashion work.

Rather than a one-way interpretation, Duality is built on mutual influence, a process where both disciplines continuously shape each other as the work evolves.

At its core, the project is defined by three principles:

• Shared starting point rather than fixed hierarchy• Parallel creation informed by ongoing exchange• Mutual influence shaping both outcomes equally

The outcome becomes a hybrid body of work that merges fashion, sound, and storytelling into a single expression. This may take the form of a fashion film, music video, or cross-disciplinary campaign, depending on the collaboration.

Each project is presented through a live screening and performance event, bringing both outcomes together in one space as a complete shared experience.

With a production value of over £50,000 and support from partners including Panavision and Avenues, the project offers selected creatives a platform to realise a high-level cross-disciplinary collaboration.

Emerging artists will be supported through the production of a high-end music promo with budgets of up to £50,000.

Each project will be developed and produced in collaboration with the Hi-Fi creative team of world class collaborators, ensuring a consistently high production standard across all outputs. The work will culminate in a premiere screening event with a live performance for press and invited audiences at the Hi-Fi space.

The aim is to level the playing field in an oversaturated industry, where access to visibility is often dictated by label backing rather than talent alone.

This project is designed to support artists who may otherwise be overlooked, providing the same scale of production value typically reserved for major label campaigns. By offering this level of creative and technical support, the initiative gives emerging talent a stronger opportunity to cut through, reach new audiences, and present their work at a professional standard on par with the wider industry.

The John Moore Project was created in memory of the stylist John Moore, who passed away in March 2026. Established in his name, the award selects multiple graduating students each year to receive a creative partnership with Hi-Fi.

Each selected graduate will work with the Hi-Fi team to develop and elevate their final collections through a 360° suite of campaign assets, including film, photography and social content, designed to support the critical post-graduation period as emerging designers begin establishing their brands.

The project culminates in an exhibition and launch event in New York, presenting the selected work while celebrating John Moore’s legacy and commitment to emerging creative talent.
