Hi-Fi (the Hidden Fashion Initiative)

Hi-Fi (the Hidden Fashion Initiative) is a non-profit initiative by Hidden Agency, created to level the playing field for emerging fashion designers, musicians and artists.

It supports talent with strong creative vision but limited access to funding, networks and industry infrastructure. Hi-Fi reinvests profits from Hidden Agency’s commercial work directly into funding and delivering creative support for emerging voices.

Through 360° creative direction, strategy, film, content and brand collaborations, Hi-Fi bridges the gap between raw talent and industry-level execution, giving emerging creatives access to the same storytelling, production and positioning typically reserved for established brands.

The creative industries remain difficult to access. Entry is shaped as much by resources as it is by talent. Hi-Fi exists in response to this imbalance, providing structure, mentorship and production support where it is often missing.

We build worlds, develop narratives and produce high-end creative work designed to amplify voices that would otherwise go unheard. The aim is simple: real opportunity for emerging talent.

Each project is treated as a full creative collaboration rather than a one-off intervention. We work with Hi-Fi recipients with the same strategic and creative depth as our commercial clients, challenging both ourselves and the talent we support to create work that cuts through noise with clarity and intent.

We use commercial success to support those without equal access to resources, treating storytelling and world-building as essential tools for cultural presence. Hi-Fi works between the lines, reshaping how new talent is supported, seen and sustained.

At its core, Hi-Fi operates with a responsibility to redistribute access. By leveraging the success of Hidden Agency’s commercial work, we support those without the same resources or infrastructure, while also creating space for more experimental, unconstrained work.

This reflects a broader belief in how creative practice should function — where storytelling, world-building and cultural positioning are central to how ideas gain meaning and longevity.

Hi-Fi builds on work that has existed within Hidden Agency for years, supporting emerging designers long before the initiative formally took shape.
